More tacos? yes please.
This one I proudly devoured. And I cannot recommend enough that you eat this with atchara, but since I couldn't find any over here and green papayas were nowhere to be found I decided to just pickle carrots. The beef and the pickled carrots were PERFECT together. From the few tacos I've made this week, this one is my favorite. It was a choice between tapa or bistek and I'm so glad I chose to go with this mainly because of the sauce.
I'm definitely making more of these.
